Customize your clients' to do lists, and place tasks right into their calendar.

With your suggested tasks tool, you have the ability to create a master list of suggested tasks for your clients. This list can then be pulled into your clients' workbook task calendar, and you can select which tasks from your master list you'd like to assign to each client. You can even assign tasks to particular dates before or after the wedding, and send your client emails with lists of all the tasks you've added to their calendar.
