Life and work can get busy, so sometimes it's nice to have a friendly reminder of upcoming events. The E-mail Reminder tool lets you attach a reminder to each task in either your Master Calendar or in a client's Workbook Calendar so you can receive a friendly prompt when a key date, deadline or appointment is about to fall.
When you add a task in your Master Calendar or in a client's Workbook Calendar, you can choose which users will receive an e-mail reminder for that task as well as select when the e-mail will be sent to those users' inboxes (2 hours, 3 hours, 12 hours, 1 day, 2 days or 1 week in advance of the time of the task).
