Keep tabs for your clients on who gave every gift and if a thank you has been sent ... or give them the tools to help them do it themselves.

If tracking gifts and sending out thank yous is a service your perform for your clients, this tool lets you stay organized and on top of every detail. As your clients receive gifts, you can enter into our system who gave what gift by event (Engagement gift, Bridal Shower gift, Ceremony/Reception gift, etc.) or in the Master Guest List (by going to the guest and entering the gift they gave at each event). Then, in a single click, you can track whether you or your client has sent them a thank you yet. You are even able to sort the list by the thank you status so you know how many notes you or your client have remaining to write!

If these are tasks you leave to your clients, you can provide them with access to this part of their Workbook so they can easily track this information themselves ... this way, it's a great value-add to the services you provide to them.
