My Wedding Workbook Pro gives you a few convenient options for populating a client's Workbook with guest information. The easiest method is to upload an Excel or comma-separated spreadsheet containing all a client's guests and their personal/contact information. You can also enter each guest and their information by hand, or your can provide your client with access to the guest list area and they can enter in this information themselves.

Once a particular guest's information is uploaded, you can simply select those events to which that guest will be invited. The guest's information will then automatically appear on the guest lists for each event he/she is invited to. Under each event, you can also view, change and add guest information for that event, and these changes will be automatically added to that event as well as the client's Master Guest List. And you can always download the Master Guest list (including RSVP status and meal counts) into an Excel spreadsheet.
