Tracking your clients' out-of-town guest details - including travel arrangements and accommodations - has never been easier.

The Guest List Manager allows you to mark any guest as coming from out of town, and once you do this you can track:

  • The guest's travel arrangements.
  • Their accommodations during the visit.
  • Their mode of transportation during their stay.
  • Who is assigned to pick them up and drop them off when they arrive/depart.

In addition, there's a place to store information for all hotels where your clients have reserved blocks of rooms (including contact information, number of rooms, room rates, types of rooms available and much more). You can even track items for the welcome baskets to be placed in guests' rooms. And if this is a task you leave for your clients, you can give them access to this area so they can organize all the details themselves.
