Our Overview Screens and Downloadable Spreadsheets make it easy to stay on top of your business and today's pressing tasks.

After logging into My Wedding Workbook Pro, you are instantly presented with a landing page that displays today's tasks (pulled from your Master Calendar) and your to-do list as well as links to your active clients, contacts and vendors. Here (and on every page) you can also access our Help section that walks you through how to use each piece of our online software. In addition, in each client's Workbook, you can navigate to the Events home page where you can view a comprehensive table of guests invited, RSVPs and meal counts for each and every wedding-related event.

Finally, you can download spreadsheets containing all your master contact and vendor information as well as spreadsheets containing the following information for each client:

• Guest List
• Budget
• Vendors for that particular client
• Workbook Task Calendar for that particular client
• Engagement Planning Details
• Pre-Wedding Planning Details
• Ceremony Planning Details
• Reception Planning Details (including table assignments and meal counts)
• Post-Wedding Planning Details
• Honeymoon Planning Details
