Our Suggested Tasks tool offers a helping hand to prompt you when important wedding tasks should occur.

As a wedding planner, you probably have a process for how you plan a wedding and an overall plan for when certain tasks need to get done. However, sometimes it's nice to have a little reminder when certain tasks are customarily performed based on a client's wedding date. Our Suggested Tasks tool provides such assistance.

In a client's Workbook Calendar, you will find below the calendar a list of Suggested Tasks, which are planning activities that are backed out from a client's wedding date. Simply click on a task and select the day of the month on which you want to place that task. You can also set a time of day for the task, add locations and notes, request an e-mail alert and mark it as urgent.
