
Now you can know exactly how much time you and your co-workers spend on every client with our intuitive Time Tracker.
Whether you bill your clients by the hour or simply want to know how much time you devote to each client, our Time Tracker gives you and your co-workers and employees the tools to track every minute. Simply select the co-worker/employee, then select the client and enter in the amount of time worked on that client's events (even the smallest fraction of an hour) as well as a brief description of how that time was spent. The Time Tracker does the rest ... and it even allows you to edit or delete previous entries.
The Time Tracker automatically displays the time recorded for the previous 30 days. To view customized time totals for each co-worker/employee as well as each client, you simply go to the Reports tab, click on the "Time by Client" or "Time by Planner" report and enter in the time period for which you want to view hours. A downloadable PDF report will be generated for you automatically.
