I just wanted to commend you on such a fabulous system for organization. There are so many websites that have systems to keep you organized, it's hard to decide which one fits your needs the best. Since I have a large amount of staff (17 planners) and we work with over 100 events annually at times, things can get very crazy. You can miss important information and it's hard to get this out to everyone. This system has alleviated so much stress on my end, but has also helped our clients feel like they are in control. They don't need to call us to see the status of their account. They can log in without us and leave messages on things they have questions about. I don't have to spend time with them going over things that are just a click away. They can check anytime of the day. This just gave me back about 40% of my day! The best part is that if I am not at the office and I need info..I don't need to chase my staff down for it, I can log in anywhere!
All I can say is THANK YOU! I feel like I can breathe again and start spending my time on bigger projects that will ultimately allow for our company to get to a completely different level! You can tell anyone who inquires that I personally feel there is nothing better out there especially when you are always on the go. It's a insurance policy for every event we have..If one planner decides to move on, we know exactly where they left their accounts. It doesn't get any better than this..Unless of course I could hire someone that happens to know every account what they owe, the colors of their weddings, the timelines, their RSVP count oh..and a website they can design without using paperwork..That's maybe 3-4 different planners.
Again, FABULOUS system and I cannot thank you enough for putting this out there.It's considered "gold" in my world.
